    Hi @konstory This seems to be a rather new cable outlet for Magentas' HFC network. In terms of stable speeds, it really depends on the usage in your area (more specifically the usage on the exact node). If it is a rather new building it might have fiber to the building and then coax into the flats. If you are concerned about stable speeds, I would recommend not going with one higher tier options. With the gigakraft gaming 300 for example would be able to access all the DOCSIS 3.0 channels and the wide DOCSIS 3.1 channel for added capacity. The DOCSIS 3.1 channel is currently only available on this plan and gigakraft 1000 plan. As a cheaper option you could also go for the gigakraft 100 plan. Might I ask what your current internet-solution is? Also, if you don't want a 24-month contract you can get Magenta HFC internet without the 24-month commitment. The 24-month commitment is tied to the xyz months for free offer. If you opt-out of this offer and pay the monthly rate from the beginning, you don't get locked in to a 24-month contract. If you sign up in a store, there is a page detailing the offer. When this page gets crossed out you opt-out from this offer. The opt-out should also be possible when ordering online by adding that you want to opt-out from this offer in the comment-field.     Hi @Karp A lower download speed then the upload speed would indicate an overloaded cell site. Since the downlink is typically used more than the uplink upload speeds are often better than the download speeds. And in conjunction the ping times increase. If the location the speedtest was conducted at is somewhat accurate you are at the border of Vienna and Groß-Enzersdorf. According to the coverage map you would barely be in the 5G service area, with the closest 5G equipped sites just over a kilometer to the west. So, it would be good if you could position the router at a western facing window if possible. If would also be good to know if the router connects with 5G and 4G or just 4G. You can find this information in the admin panel (open http://192.168.8.1 while you are connected to the router). The default admin password is printed on the bottom of the device. Also, while you have the admin panel open could you look up the information about the cellular connection? You should be able to find these unter "Advanced" -> "System" -> "Device Information" (or in German: "Erweitert" -> "System" -> "Geräteinformationen"). If you want to upload a screenshot make sure to not include the IP & MAC Address, as well as the IMEI number. regards NTM

    Hi maddin Hast du diese Probleme nur bei Fifa oder auch bei anderen Games ? Gehört habe ich das ganze schon öfter gerade in kombination mit Fifa. Ich tippe mal drauf dass du auf einer PS4 oder Xbox spielst. Du könntest allgemein mal versuchen ob du mit einem Hotspot über dein Handy die selben Probleme hast. Wenn es mit einem VPN besser funktionert dann passt etwas mit dem Routing zu den Fifa Servern über den normalen Weg nicht. Da wäre per Traceroute mal interessant wann die Spitzen auftreten. Könntest du zb mit der 14 Tage gratis Version von Pingplotter mal auslesen. Da sieht man dann ab welchem Netzwerkpunkt die Fehler auftreten Lg

    Hey @qamand Die Bindung bedeutet nur welche Mindestbindung du auf das Zusatzpaket hast. Die 20GB Family Bytes sind kostenlos, die 50GB kosten 9,99€ pro Monat. Wobei solltest du irgendeine Tarifänderung machen wirst du vom Family Bytes Programm auf das Doppelte Daten Programm umgestellt. Der Sim only Gold für 24€ pro Monat (zzgl. SP 29,90€ pro Jahr) wäre ein zusätzlicher Tarif zu einem bestehenden Internet und Telefonie Tarif. (hättest du ja beides) LG NTM

    Ja, das ist möglich allerdings mit Umwegen. Du kannst deine bestehende Nummer zu einem anderen Provider (bevorzugt ohne Bindung wie z:b Prepaid) portieren und dann wieder zurück auf deinen neuen Magenta Vertrag. Eine direkte Portierung von Magenta zu Magenta ist leider nicht möglich. Warum möchtest du deinen bestehenden Vertrag nicht mit einem neuen Smartphone verlängern? Hast du schon mit der Treuehotline gesprochen ( 0800 676 712 ) ?

    Hey @GameOfNicoYT Nur wenn der Youth M im Aktionszeitraum zwischen 12.11.2020 bis inkl. 15.02.2021 angemeldet wurde, kannst du damit auch das 5G Netz nutzen. Sollte der Youth M Tarife, davor oder danach angemeldet worden sein, hat dieser keinen Zugriff auf das 5G Netz. Da es auch kein Zusatzpaket gibt, um Zugang auf das 5G Netz zu bekommen, müsstest du zumindest auf den Mobile L wechseln, oder warten bis es wieder eine Version des Youth M gibt, welcher ins 5G Netz darf und dass auf die neue Version wechseln.
