    Ping problem

Apparently my password is not right, and when I'm entering my "Rufnummer" on the Forgot Password option I receive no SMS on the router website on the SMS tab do you think that you could possibly change my password? EDIT: I've managed to reset it, thank you for the help though

I've done that but it didn't fix the ping problem, I'm still having 100-200 ping spikes.

    Ping problem

No switching between 3G and LTE doesn't improve my ping at all, although it does sometimes improve my download speed, and about the APN how do I change it to business exactly?

    Ping problem

Hello, unfortunately I cannot speak German that well in order to explain my issue. I have bought the Homenet Turbo option with 70 MBits down and 14 up and I have been always having connection problems and never gotten the amount of speed that I am paying for and I have to say that it's quite frustrating. I have tried contacting through phone but to no success, I've tried changing the connection between 3G and LTE and honestly I have no idea what to do anymore, I've changed my home too and it's pretty much the same connection here if not a bit better. The most I've gotten was 25 MBits down, but I'm usually having like 5-10 MBits down and upgrading my contract to a better internet won't do much since I don't think it would improve connection if I'm not even getting to the amount I'm currently paying for. The ping I'm usually having when playing online games is around 60 but it ALWAYS spikes up to 200-300 ping and it's honestly unplayable at that point, it usually does that when my brother or anyone in the house watches a video on 720p which is kind of a problem since I'm only getting 5 MBits down. If you know any way I could improve the connection, because honestly I'm thinking of changing my internet provider since this is pretty frustrating.

    Ping problems

I was thinking about upgrading my speed, didn't know if that would've helped. And yes, it's always around 18-25 down even though the packet says 50 down. Also do you think that it might be the signal from the box that makes the connection so bad? With the LTE only option i've seen in the internet command panel that I only get 2-3 "wi-fi stripes" I don't know what to call them (I've uploaded a picture for better understanding), but if I chose the 3G option the wi-fi bar is full, doesn't really change anything though. Also i'm connected through LAN not wi-fi.

    Ping problems

Hello, unfortunately I cannot speak german but I can't find any help with my problem anywhere. I've bought the HomeNet Turbo option. Normally when nobody's home and i'm the only one using the internet my ping is around 45-70 (I play online online games such as League of legends which needs a stable and low ping to play at a decent level) which is fine, but if someone stars watching a youtube video, my ping goes up to 150+ which shouldn't normally happen with the option i've bought. I've tried the LTE Only option and the 3G Only option in the internet control website but the ping is still the same I've done a speed test, it's 18 mbps down and 3 mbps up.
