WLAN isn't working with Home Box Fiber Modem

Recently we moved into our new home and I have been receiving magenta cable internet service (gigakraft gaming  300). However, after a few days, my Wi-Fi modem (Magenta Home Box fiber) has completely disappeared, and I cannot find the Wlan  with any device and only have LAN internet access. I reset it, but it didn't work. Can you help me?
