Internet Fiber Box defect?!

Hello,

 

I just received a new Fiber Box 2. The installation is very problematic. After waiting for 30 min, nothing happens...and it is keep on blinking white. However, I can access the 192.168.01 but that it about it. 
 

When I run the diagnosis, it is telling me that there is no broadband. 
 

I tested the cables by using the old modem, and all works perfectly, so the problem is definitely with the new Internet Fiber Box 2. 
 

Does anyone experienced something like that? If so, what to do? Have you heard about defect boxes?

It is what I thought also, but then I tried with my older modem and internet works perfectly...

 

Unless it is, on Magenta’s side, a different activation per type of model...

Magenta may have to activate the modem for your connection first. It is best to call the technology department tomorrow, which is available for you from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
