I just received a new Fiber Box 2. The installation is very problematic. After waiting for 30 min, nothing happens...and it is keep on blinking white. However, I can access the 192.168.01 but that it about it.
When I run the diagnosis, it is telling me that there is no broadband.
I tested the cables by using the old modem, and all works perfectly, so the problem is definitely with the new Internet Fiber Box 2.
Does anyone experienced something like that? If so, what to do? Have you heard about defect boxes?
