Already 1 week without Internet and nobody cares

Hello everybody. Iam already one week without Internet and nobody cares on this company. Iam trying to pay online for my mobile wifi box internet. Its asks me to identify but after i writing my PUK number iam getting failure as you can see in the pic. 

I went to the store and they telling me evert time to come tomorrow and in the hotline nobody knows how to help me. Iam so close to throw there wifi box out of the window and get one from 1A.

Okay, I know which product you mean.

Since you already used it before I suspect you already accessed MyT-Moble ("Mein T-Mobile") in the past. You don't need to register again for MyMagenta ("Mein Magenta") since the log-in credentials remained the same.

If you can't top up your SIM card due to no registration, you can do this online or in-store.
