Hello and sorry for having to write in english but i am coming with yet another issue related to my internet.This time i am looking to change to another type of internet but i already have this contract for over a month or so.Currently i have the Magenta Internet Flex 150 and is becoming unusable due to extremely low speeds and high packet loss.My question is,is there any possibility to change to another type?Like a dsl one or the gigakraft,these being more stable than the 4g one that i currently have. I used the telematica website to check my address and there are a few dsl options available but i am not exactly sure what they mean so i decided to ask here before going down to one of their stores so i could be able to talk more in depth about things there.Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Early termination of the contract to 24 months

Dear community, I am Gianvito Romano and I need Internet in my apartment for a period of probably around 1 year because I will leave for work reasons. I have a simple question: Is it possible to close one contract (es: gigakraft 75) after a period of fewer than 24 months? If yes, is there any penalty to be paid, how much? UPC to Magenta Contract change and the bill goes always higher WHY

Hallo, Since Magenta overtook UPC, my bill goes higher and higher although I did not change the contract! WHY? Da Magenta UPC überholt hat, steigt meine Rechnung immer höher, obwohl ich den Vertrag nicht geändert habe! WARUM? Danke. -
Dear Magenta, I really hope someone understands English here, the story is simple: I terminated my contract in July 2019, I had 6 more months left and agreed to pay the rest of the months on August. Which I did, on August I received a bill of all of the money that was left, and I was told it is going to be the last one. I returned my Router box and I did everything correctly, I even have the paper the confirms the cancellation of my account However I saw a bill of 20 Euros this month, as if I am still a costumer. I already payed everything I need and I am not a costumer anymore, I need you to stop billing my bank account. (and getting back the money for September would be nice) Thanks in advance

I used to get English support through the UPC telephone desk, but now I'm trying to find a way through it so I can reduce my monthly tarrif. I can not seem to do it on magenta online either. Any ideas?
