    It is unacceptable and terrible. I can't believe that this is happening without any apology, public message, email, anything. I just didn't even get a message about the delivery delay. I am disappointed and regret that I decided to become their client. I will not recommend Magenta to anyone after this.

    Hallo, Ich habe am 8. November mein iPhone 14 pro 128gb dunkelilla in der Filiale in Graz bestellt. Sie sagten mir, dass die Wartezeit 3-4 Wochen beträgt und dass ich dann eine SMS/E-Mail bekomme, wenn das Telefon in der Filiale ankommt. Ich habe noch keine Rückmeldung über die Lieferverzögerung oder die voraussichtliche Ankunftszeit erhalten. Mir ist bekannt, dass die Lieferungen länger als üblich sind, aber ich würde trotzdem gerne wissen, wann ich damit rechnen kann? Vielen Dank im Voraus! Dino
