Box Fibre white light blink / lose Internet once - twice a day since 2 months

Hello,

 

Its been nearly 2 month that my fiber box, once or twice a day, nearly always in the evening, is losing Internet.

 

When it happens, the bottom white LED starts to blink, and then in the next 10 minutes the service comes back. No red LEDs, just the green ones.

 

What could be the cause of it? Anything I can do / try on my side?

 

From the FAQ description the bottom LED blinking is like when the device is powering up ... so could it be a hardware fault and not a service / line issue?

Hallo @jlrouzies,

 

maybe this restart has something to do with the power. I recommend that you plug the modem into a different power outlet and possibly also plug in a different antenna cable. If this does not help, have your connection checked by our technicians - > 0676 200 7777.
