I really need to get IPV6 changed to IPV4 so I can setup OpenVPN Server at home. But using the Connect Box IPV4 settings are not there yet. What's the best way to get this change completed?

Has anyone contacted customer support for their IPv4 routing options to change their external IP address from IPV6. I am unsure how to contact customer services to complete the change on my connect box. Daza85
