    Hallo, heute wurde mir zusammen mit meine Internetrechnung zusätzlich 70€ Einmalentgelt abgebucht. Ich bin entsetzt und frage mich was das soll... vor allem wurde ich vorher nicht darüber informiert das Magenta so etwas plant. Ich bin UPC Kundin gewesen. Da scheinbar die AGBs doch verändert worden sind müsste ich einen sondern Kündigungsrecht haben, oder?! MfG.
