Box Fibre white light blink / lose Internet once - twice a day since 2 months

Hello, Its been nearly 2 month that my fiber box, once or twice a day, nearly always in the evening, is losing Internet. When it happens, the bottom white LED starts to blink, and then in the next 10 minutes the service comes back. No red LEDs, just the green ones. What could be the cause of it? Anything I can do / try on my side? From the FAQ description the bottom LED blinking is like when the device is powering up ... so could it be a hardware fault and not a service / line issue? Thank you
