Thanks for reaching out to the Google Nest Customer Care Team. This is about your Chromecast 1st Gen wherein you're having trouble casting from the Magenta TV app. I can assure you that your Chromecast works fine since you can cast from other apps. Here's the list of the troubleshooting steps that we already did to try to fix the issue. Tried to cast from different apps. Other apps works. Clear Cache and Clear Data for the Magenta TV app. Uninstall and reinstall the app. Reboot the Chromecast device. Performed a factory reset and setup the Chromecast again. Restart the phone. You can provide these steps that we did to Magenta TV support so they can other things that they can do on their end.

After speaking to Google they say it is a Magenta problem. Has anyone else got this problem?

thank you Doris it seems that when I open TV and entertainment packet the deinst stoppen Button doesn't work. it Shows the active button in green, Will the deinst stoppen button be available closer to the trial period expiring date?

I recently subscribed to Magenta TV through my Magenta account and then downloaded the TV app onto my android phone. Problem is I used my home Internet account and not my phone account. Now I have 2 subscriptions,1 on my phone and the other on my home Internet. I need help to cancel the TV from my home Internet. Could someone please help me walk through this small problem in English. Much appreciated
