Charged incorrectly

Dear T-Mobile Team,
I have recharged my number with 15euro and did not use it. Surprisingly, within 2 days the balance is shown as 60 cents. Customer service is sayig that i made a call to india for 9 minutes which costed 14,40 euro (completely false info), which i never did. This is not good at all. Please verify and give me my money back
